The hotel is perched on a cliff, offering one of the best views on the property. The living room is spread across multiple levels with famous on-site restaurants. The location by the shore provides an exclusive feel, though some maintenance is needed. Mexican dining was a letdown compared to expectations. Overall, the hotel offers a unique experience worth considering.
The hotel offers rooms of such a high standard, overlooking the ocean, extremely spacious and luxuriously decorated. The service is exceptional through WhatsApp, accommodating guests in various languages, and very welcoming. The location has a lot of potential capturing the beauty of Ko Samui but needs better maintenance. The dining was a disappointment compared to other hotels in Thailand. The facilities are well-equipped.
